In the Ragnarok Mobile Eternal Love game, there are some rather confusing Quests, one of which is the Naughty Chowee quest. Naughty Chowee is a confusing quest in the city of Payon because we are asked to find the location of a hiding child named Chowee. Unlike other Quests that show locations, this Quest does not have the slightest hint. The only clue was that Chowee was in Payon, so we had to search to the corners of the city to look for him. It is not uncommon for players who have been confused and frustrated to finally decide not to complete this quest and continue with other quests.
To complete this quest you really can't use the normal method. We must use the camera feature to see angles that are not directly visible. The location of Chowee's presence is on the lower right of the inside of the palace. We can see its existence directly through the camera, or you can directly click on the Chowee NPC.
